The East League consists of high school teams from New Jersey, and adjacent areas of Pennsylvania. (There are no current district member schools from Pennsylvania. New member schools from Pennsylvania may join the most convenient league for them with the approval of the MASSA board of directors.)
The director of the East league is Brian Hull who also directs the sailing program at Monsignor Donovan High School.

The leagues have been formed to provide the majority of sailing opportunities for MASSA District member schools. They are also in charge of selecting teams to attend the district events. You may contact Brian by phone or by email:
